Meet Our Team

Roman Ammirato

Roman Ammirato is a co-founder from Williamstown New Jersey. Roman graduated from Utica College in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Studies. He played on the Men's Ice Hockey team and was a first team all American player.

Roman played two years of professional hockey after graduating and was apart of the 2019-2020 ECHL All Star Game. Roman is eager to get started with Dwish and will be a huge part of helping our company grow.

Doug Rose

Doug Rose is a co-founder from Washington Township New Jersey. Doug graduated with a Bachelors degree in Film and History from Stevenson University. Doug played two years of professional hockey being named an SPHL All Star.

Doug has been in film and video industry for 5 years, working in all aspects of production. From freelance work to original content creation Doug has strong background in the field that will be a huge part in helping Dwish fulfill its video production needs.

Kevin Struempfler

Kevin Struempfler is a co-founder of Dwish from New London Pennsylvania. Kevin graduated from Manhattanville College and played on the men’s Ice Hockey team during his 3 years there. Kevin was on the All-ECAC West Academic team in each of his three seasons and was the 2015 Male Scholar Athlete of the Year.

Kevin started his career working at FirstKey Lending in NYC working in capital markets overseeing loan originations. He has spent the last four years working in corporate finance at Mastercard. In his time at Mastercard he has worked with numerous customers across Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa. Kevin will be instrumental in helping our company grow.
